Duodu stiprias 5 žvaigždutes! Čia iš tų retų atvejų, kai servisas gerokai pranoksta lūkesčius. Daug ir dažnai nuomoju automobilius verslo reikalams. Ir Europoje, ir Amerikoje. Turėjau tokį kvailą stereotipą, kad patogiausia yra imti mašiną iš tų didelių, dažniausiai amerikietiškų kompanijų. Šį kartą man reikėjo skubiai nuvažiuoti į Berlyną iš Kauno. Deja, būtent Vitarent man pasiūlė patį geriausią variantą. Bendravimas buvo itin paprastas, žmoniškas, o sąlygos lanksčios. Automobilis idealiai švarus. Nieko daugiau Lietuvoje aš jau nebeieškosiu :))))

Great experience. Smooth, and easy. Sent through an enquiry and got a same day reply, everything that was expected was explained. Car drop off was on time and the same on pick up day there was no waiting around. Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially if it’s their first time in Lithuania it’s the easiest car rental in the country.

Ha sido la primera vez que alquilamos un coche, así que no tengo muchas experiencias con las que comparar quitando de todas las reseñas que leí negativas de otras compañias de alquiler de coches.
La experiencia ha sido estupenda, sin letra pequeña, nos dejó muy claro que estaba terminantemente prohibido fumar en el coche, todo muy claro desde el pimer momento cuando contactamos por correo.
Escogimos un coche que no estaba disponible pero nos ofereció uno por el estilo pero un poco más pequeño, lo elegimos con el seguro completo por el precio más bajo de la fianza y asegurarnos que si pasaba algo en carretera estuviese el coche asegurado por golpes y rasguños.
La recogida del coche en el Aeropuerto de Kaunas, indicando nuestra hora de aterrizaje, fue perfecta, no tuvimos que esperar ni un momento, el chico nos explicó todas las normas que ya vienen en su web, gestionamos el papelo y nos dejó el parking del aeropueto pagado para que empezaramos nuestras vacaciones. Nos comunicamos via WhatsApp durante todo el proceso de recogida y devolución y por correo para la reserva.
La devolución también fue muy fácil, nos localizó enseguida, termiamos el papeleo y la inspección en 5 minutos.
Aunque he de avisar a los que alquileis un coche en Lituania, en gran parte de sitios aunque no hayan barreras, ni esté pintado el suelo, casi todas las ciudades son de pago, zona Azul (para la gente de España), con sus aplicaciones y máquinas para pagar en cada callle, aunque la señal solo se ve si entras por una de las parte de la calle, fijaros mucho.
Si volvemos allí seguramente volevremos a alquilar con esta compañia 😁

Good service, easy pick up and communication. Unfortunately, cannot leave a good review due to payment issues. I understand that the car renter had his card payment machine broken by another client, so he asked me to pay cash, and also pay the deposit in cash. Which may be fine if warned earlier, not late night before car pick-up. Nobody carries that much cash. The renter advised me to take cash from the ATM at airport. Which I did, only later to realise that the ATM took a hefty commission for taking cash. As a result, my car rent was way more expensive then it had to be. I did not find this fair. Also rent was on a more expensive side anyways, so all this extra hassle did not add good to experience. Three stars only for easy comms and a free booster seat for my kid. Good luck!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I’ve rented a car for the first time (definitely not the last one) from Vitarent and 100% will be recommending it to my family and friends. Communication is 10 out of 10, very detailed information has been provided prior the collection of the car, I don’t think I had any questions to be asked as everything been explained to such detail.
Professional staff, affordable pricing, reasonable deposit, perfect location, car was presented in a very clean condition, definitely looking forward to dealing with this company again!

We used Vitarent for our travels around Lithuania and were glad we did.
Every step from beginning to end was easy! No hidden costs no sneaky small print just good honest car hire.
Met in person straight off the plane a quick walk around the car and off we went.
We had to catch a 4am flight home and this wasn’t an issue. We were met again in the airport car park handed over the keys and said fair well.
The car we had was incredibly clean and well maintained also lovely to drive.
We have now built a solid trustworthy relationship with the owner Of Vitarent and will 100% be using them again for car hire in future.

Vitalijus is very kind and friendly person. It took around 10 minutes to pick up the car and just 5 minutes to return it.
