You can reserve a Car by emailing us at info@vitarent.lt or by filling out the reservation form on our website www.vitarent.lt.
The reservation is considered confirmed only after the reservation fee has been paid. Once the payment is received, we will confirm by email that the Car has been reserved for you.
Payment for the Car rental, additional accessories, and services must be made no later than at the time of Vehicle handover and return.

Card (debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, or Visa credit card)
Important: American Express cards are not accepted.
To rent a Car, you must present a valid driver’s license and an identity document – either a passport or a national ID card.
The deposit amount depends on the type of insurance selected by the Lessee:
Full insurance – EUR 200 (liability up to EUR 0).
Standard insurance – EUR 700 (liability up to EUR 1000).
During the rental period, Vehicles driven within the territory of Lithuania have a mileage limit of 400 km per day. If this limit is exceeded, an additional fee of EUR 0.10 per extra kilometer applies.
For Vehicles driven outside the borders of Lithuania, the mileage limit is 500 km per day. If this limit is exceeded, an additional fee of EUR 0.13 per extra kilometer applies.
The mileage is calculated based on the total distance driven during the entire rental period.
The Vehicles are insured with the following types of insurance:
Mandatory third-party liability insurance valid in EU, EEA countries, and Switzerland;
Comprehensive (CASCO) insurance valid throughout geographical Europe;
Roadside assistance insurance.
Yes, valid driver’s licenses from other countries are accepted.
Driver’s licenses issued in the USA, Canada, and Australia are accepted without an international driver’s permit. In Lithuania, you are allowed to drive for up to 6 months.
An international driver’s permit is required if the Renter’s national driver’s license is not written in the Roman/Latin alphabet. The local driver’s license must be presented together with the international driver’s permit.
Upon request, we can deliver the Car throughout Lithuania. The delivery and return price is negotiated individually with each customer.
Yes, we can add an additional driver to the Car rental Agreement (provided that they meet the requirements we set for drivers). The additional driver fee is 3.00 EUR per day.
Yes, all Cars are rented with a full tank of fuel and in good condition, so when returning the Car, the tank must also be full, and the Car must be clean and in good condition, unless otherwise agreed.
